Share your passion for football/soccer with African children from deprived backgrounds. Working in communities, you will help them to develop their soccer skills. The level of talent existing in Ghana was highlighted by the country's presence in the 2006 FIFA World Cup held in Germany and quarter finalist in the 2010 World Cup hosted on African Soil for the first time in South Africa. You will have the opportunity to help harness and develop that talent!
During the program, you will have the opportunity to take part in the following activities which include assisting the academy coach or the club coach or soccer team in classes through skill development, coordination skills, game preparation and training drills, help in the organization of training sessions and competitions, give advice and lessons on football tactics, provide advice on health issues and requirements, take part in competition football camps and local tournaments, and an optional teaching within the academy or local schools.
The goal of this project is to primarily develop football (soccer) in Ghana, and discover lots of talents in rural communities.
