In the last couple weeks i have been able to make some progress with the school project. I have received the site plan from Ghana (it is posted below).

The building is made of concrete as are all the other buildings in Ghana, due to the termites and price of wood. The Orphanage is able to care for about 10 kids. At the moment there are 8 orphans staying there.
